The gift voucher is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. Please check the specific validity period indicated on the gift voucher page.

Yes, some personalisation options are available. You can add a personal message and choose additional options for certain gift vouchers, such as a bottle of Crémant or a bottle of Champagne to be placed in the room when ordering.

You have the option of converting the value of your gift voucher into a gift card. This allows you to transform your fixed-package gift voucher into a flexible-value gift card that can be used for all of our services and outlets, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to two days before arrival at 12:00 noon. After this deadline, the gift voucher will be charged and can no longer be reused.
